“ Warmest welcome. Excellent window table and great waiter - Ali. Excellent food and great value too. Very convenient for Barbican centre! Thank you for the birthday bubbles too! Will be back soon! Kevin and Richard ”
“ Quick catch-up lunch on a Friday for 3 of us. We ordered 3 different options - all well cooked and enjoyable. Drinks were also good. Very quiet in the restaurant. Pleasantly cool on a very hot day. No complaints. ”

A special thank you goes to Giacomo, our waiter, who welcomed us with a smile and a contagious good humor. His professionalism and attention to detail made our experience even more special. The menu offers a wide range of options, all prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. In short, Cote is a must for anyone who loves good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you very much to Giacomo and the entire team for an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended! ”
“ I visited the restaurant twice in the past few days. The first time was a company gathering, we had two large tables and the service and food were excellent, had the cheese souffle, salmon and chocolate fondant as dessert. The second time, I returned to eat the beef bourguignon cheek as it looked really nice when I visited the first time, so I wanted to try it. It was *AMAZING*, and I highly recommend it for everyone. The chocolate fondant was not well presented like my first visit, but it was still great. Husband had the prix fix menu, and it was good too. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant! ”
“ Popped into Cote Barbican just before closing on a Tuesday night, not expecting to be able to get a meal. The team were incredibly accommodating, even though the kitchen was minutes from closing. I was kindly offered a steak frites, which was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked steak and crispy fries. Huge thanks to Ali for his warm welcome and for making the effort to accommodate me, and to the kitchen for pulling together such a great meal at the end of the night. Fantastic service and great food! ”
“ We went after watching a movie at the Barbican. I was pleasantly surprised to note that they had a pre-fixe menu even for evening dinner. The service was cordial and friendly . They were not very busy at about 8.30 pm, though peeps were trickling in slowly. Opted for the two course 21 quid menu and orderered a steak, asked them to swap the frites for a salad which they did readily. Also ordered the onion soup as a starter, pepper sauce extra for the steak and dauphinoise potatoes also extra. Hubby ordered the seafood soup ( not on the menu)and dessert - chocolate tart with raspberry coulis and ice-cream. Everything was delicious and properly seasoned. We just came back from having spent a week in Paris, and were pleasantly surprised to have such nice French inspired food in London, at such great prices and taste and freshness wise, many levels better than Paris. Their wine list is also so extensive and several by the glass. The house red went very well with the steak. ”
“ The waitress we had was exemplary - warm, welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent, the team and atmosphere was very good too. ”
“ Great location, nice and cosy atmosphere, and very good services! Also the pre-booking is easy, we changed the appointment time and it was arranged pretty well. Certainly recommend if you visit Barbican! ”
